Material examined — Mayotte KUW 2009, st. 26, Mutsumbatsou reef flat, coll. J. -M. Bouchard (Mliha), intertidal, 1 F 6.8 x 11.3 mm, MNHN B32376, MNHN-IU-2009-1149 (det. R. Cleva as Liomera sp. aff. cinctimana).
Remarks — Specimen determined with Serène (1984) key and a good color photograph of Liomera laevis in Nagai & Nomura (1988: 154). The differences with L. guttata (see that species) can be appreciated on photographs of both species on the figure XX (I, J). In L. laevis the carapace is more elegontated in L. laevis and the ambulatory legs are shorter .
