French Polynesia only: Austral (Rimatara); Society (Tahiti); Tuamotu (Fangataufa, Moruroa) - (500-700m) - - Macpherson (2013: 305, Tropical Deep Sea Benthos) - French Polynesia, Tuamotu and Society Archipelagos, 500-700 m. The present specimens were collected in Tarava seamounts and Society Archipelago, at 300-905 m.

Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Associated with corals (facultative)

Vertical range : Deep (more than 100 m) - Min-Max observed: 300-905 m

TARASOC: Tarava seamounts, stn CP 3329 (Mont 'Otaha), 755-840 m, 1 male 24.7 mm, 1 ovigerous female 17.6 mm, 2 females 8.0, 12.4 mm (MNHN-IU-2010-6229). – Society Archipelago, stn CP 3478 (Moorea), 678-810 m, 1 ovigerous female 21.4 mm (MNHNIU- 2010-6230). – stn DW 3496 (Tahiti), 300-905 m, 1 male 14.9 mm, 1 female 17.3 mm (MNHN-IU-2010-6231).
