Komai (2010: 1321, J. Nat. Hist.) - Southern Japan, Taiwan, Guam, Society Islands, Tuamotu, Maldives, subtidal to 8 m. Newly recorded from New Caledonia.Also Comoros (Mayotte), Réunion.
Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Hard bottom (rock and rubbles)
Vertical range : Shallow-waters (0-100 m) - Min-Max observed: 0-20 m
