Castro (2010: 81, Zoosystema) - Andaman Sea coast of Thailand, western Pacific Ocean from Indonesia (type locality: Moluccas, Indonesia) to Futuna I. (Castro 2000: table 6, fi g. 58), and now the Philippines and Tonga. Depth: 60-440 m (Castro 2000: table 5).
