Galil & Clark (1994: 20, Zool. Verh. Leiden) - Indo-west Pacific - Red Sea and East Africa, Madagascar, Seychelles, Mauritius, Ceylon, Malaysia, Australia. Also French Polynesia, Marquesas, Society.

Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Soft bottom (mud or sand)

Vertical range : Shallow-waters (0-100 m) - Min-Max observed: 7-56 m
