World Distribution
Tahiti, Bikini, Palau, Ponape, the Sulu Archipelago of the Philippines, and Sanguinisiapo Archipelago of Indonesia and Japan in the West Pacific Ocean (de Saint Laurent 1970, Baba 1982, Asakura 2004), and the Maldives in the Indian Ocean (Hogarth et al. 1998).
