(Galil, 1997: 281) - East Africa to Japan, Australia and Hawaii. This includes New Caledonia, Wallis & Futuna, French Polynesia
Galil (1997 : 281 ; 2001 : 501) - Indo-ouest Pacifique. Afrique orientale au Japon, Hawaii, Polynésie française, Clipperton. Intertidal à 80 m. Comprend, Madagascar, Seychelles, Glorieuses, Mayotte, Réunion, Maurice, Nouvelle-Calédonie.

Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Soft bottom (mud or sand)

Vertical range : Shallow-waters (0-100 m) - Min-Max observed: 0-80 m
