World Distribution
Castro et al. (2004, Zootaxa 643: 58) - type locality off Midway Island (East of Hawaii), central Pacific; geographical distribution: western Indian Ocean, central and southeastern Pacific Ocean. Includes Japan, French Polynesia (Austral Islands, Marquesas).
Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Associated with corals (obligate)
Vertical range : Deep (more than 100 m) - Min-Max observed: 320-450 m
