World Distribution
Castro (2010: 85, Zoosystema) - Wide Indo-West Pacific distribution from the Red Sea and the western Indian Ocean to the Hawaiian Islands and Samoa (type locality: Ambon, Indonesia) (Castro 2000: table 6, fi g. 51) and now the Philippines and Vanuatu. Depth: intertidal to 146 m (Castro 2000: table 5).

Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Hard bottom (rock and rubbles)

Vertical range : Shallow-waters (0-100 m) - Min-Max observed: 0-146 m
