Cyrtomaia ihlei Guinot & Richer de Forges, 1981: 1091, fig. 2a-d, 5d-e, pl. 2, 2a (Tahiti; coll. Frv Marara). - Guinot, 1985: 452 (List). - Poupin, 1996a: 98 (Checklist); 1996b: 30, pl. 14g, h (Bora Bora, Moruroa, Raiatea, Tahiti; 490-720m). - Remark: about 5-10 specimens collected each years on the Marara, between 1986-1991. According to Guinot, part of this material belong to one or two new species (cf. Cyrtomaia sp.). - Cyrtomaia ?ihlei - AAMP, Marquesas, 2012, Leg 3, St. MQ20-ACH1, ROV/COMEX, bank Dumont D'Urville, 526-535m, recognized on video, no record, no photo, no sample.
