Comment: Agonida schroederi is remarkable by broad and very spinulose carapace and by armature of abdominal segments 2-4 (see Chace, 1942, fig. 20). Karubenthos 2015 specimen is determined only from photograhs and the specimen must be examined for a positive identification.

Check on Karubenthos II specimen photographed that the basal segment of antennular peduncle is armed at outer distal angle with two spines or a bifid spine, one placed above the other (cf. Chace, 1942: 33, key).
