Cycloes bairdii - Rathbun, 1921: 67, Barbados [Barbados-Antigua Expedition 1918]. - Rathbun, 1938: 225, part Atlantic records only, St Thomas, Antigua, Barbados - Not Cryptosoma bairdii (Stimpson, 1860), an eastern Pacific species. Most of the western Atlantic records of C. bairdii are C. balguerii instead (cf. Galil & Clark, 1996).
