Pachycheles ackleianus. — Ferreira, 2019 (Arquivos de Ciências do Mar): 62, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Baradel, Tobago Keys, west side, Nicholson coll., 17 April 1956, 3 males, 2 ovigerous females (USNM 275708); Mustique, reef along shore near anchorage, E. Haingot coll., 19 April 1956, 3 males, 1 female (USNM 275709). Trinidad and Tobago, Tobago, Goat Island, R. Heard coll., 14 June 1993, 1 male, 1 ovigerous female (USNM 268873); Pigeon Point, East of, T. E Bowman coll., 10 April 1959, 1 female (USNM 275706).

Distribution/Habitat – WA; Marine; 0–82 m
Remark – No station data of R/V Oregon or Pillsbury were retreived for this research in FGR, especially in Gore (1974). It seems that "Guyanas" has been indicated in Werding et al. (2003) from Gore (1974) indication "along the northeastern coast of South America to Pernambuco", and then copied in subsequent contributions. Presence of this species in FGR is probable but needs to be better documented.

Ferreira, 2019 (Arquivos de Ciências do Mar): 62 - The species can be found associated with sponges (Werding, 1977), down to depths of 82 m (Gore, 1974).
