Rathbun (1918) - Western Atlantic, 7-23 fathoms (12-42 m). Virgin Islands (St Thomas); Lesser Antilles (Barbados, type locality).

Vertical range : Shallow to deep-waters (e.g. 10-190 m) - Min-Max observed: 12-130 m

Comment(s) on data
This specimen keys out to P. rathbuni in Ratbhun (1918: 185) and match well description and specimen illustrated pl. 48 (figs 1-2). Check type specimen in Paris if possible. Check sp. at st. GD01 (photo only).
