Comment(s) on data
Lim et al., 2002: 36 - possibily that Potimirim glabra (Kingsley, 1878) is also present in Martinique but specimens lost and determination not confirmed. - Mantelatto (mail February 2015) - In this project unfortunately we have not included specimens from Guadeloupe and Martinique. As far as we know, Lévêque (1974) have identified P. potimirim according to Villalobos (1959) proposal (i.e. wider appendix masculina). We believe in this method since our molecular paper corroborated that Villalobos was right in use this character to identify P potimirim. We have not said that P. potimirim is only continental, since we have not data to support it.
