Lemaitre (2014: 217, Raffles Bulletin) - Western Atlantic, from Straits of Florida and Gulf of Mexico, to off the coast of Maranhao, Brazil; eastern Atlantic, from Canary Islands and Cape Verde Islands. Depth: 270–1070 m.
