Comment: this is a first record for Guadeloupe and first illustration in color of this beautiful species. The present determination is by J. Poupin and R. Lemaitre, based on McLaughlin (1981) key and figures and remains of coloration that are indicated in A. Milne-Edwards & Bouvier (1893).
