World Distribution
García-Gómez (1988, Bull. Mar. Sc.) - E. flavioculatus has been collected off the west coast of Florida as far north as Pensacola; it has been found in localities such as Cay Sal Bank and Great Inagua Island, Bahamas; from Barbados along the north coast of Panama; some specimens were also collected off the coast of Guyana, French Guiana and Belize; 46-241 m

Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Hard bottom (rock and rubbles)

Vertical range : Shallow to deep-waters (e.g. 10-190 m) - Min-Max observed: 46-241 m

Spiropagurus dispar? (Stimpson) - A. Milne-Edwards & Bouvier, 1893: 118, Barbados [pl. 9, fig. 1-6, R/V Hassler, Barbados, 100 brasses (183 m or 162 m, French brasse)] - Not Iridopagurus dispar (Stimpson, 1859) but Enneobranchus flavioculatus sp. nov. in García-Gómez (1988)
Enneobranchus flavioculatus García-Gómez, 1988: 46, Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad, Testigos [fig. 1-2, specimen of A. Milne-Edwards & Bouvier (1893), plus several ohters places at Barbados, French Guiana, between Testigos, Grenada, Trinidad, Pillsbury 707, 709, 46-79 m].
