(Anker & Corbari, 2020, Zootaxa) - Western Atlantic: presently known only from the Lesser Antilles (Guadeloupe). 208–385 m. Possibly associated with echinoids.

Comment: X. Li has tentatively suggested P. ?pandionis for Karubenthos specimens but at least with one difference in finger's length. Moreover, specimen MNHN-IU-2013-19120 has a distinct color pattern on the abdomen, with transverse red bands, and belongs perhaps to a second species. Periclimenes pandionis is still nor formaly reported from Lesser Antilles.
