Comment: this species apparently reported only in Coehlo (2006) since its description. It not included in further revisions of the Venezulan fauna, including Margarita Island, such as in Rodríguez (1980), Hernández et al. (1999) or Lira et al. (2013). The male holotype is deposited at the Senckenberg Museum Frankfurt (SMF 4352).
