Remark – The 'potential' record of this species in Brazil Amapá by Coelho & Koening (1972) is probably based on wide WA distribution of this species reported by Manning (1969), from South Carolina to Brazil (Santa Catarina), with mention that it is a common species in littoral mudflats.
