World Distribution
(Mendoza & Ng, 2008, Raffles Bulletin) - known thus far only from the type locality, Panglao island in the Bohol Sea, central Philippines, and is associated with coral reef walls, occurring at depths between 3 and 37 m. It has also been collected from reef walls.
Perhaps also WIO, Réunion Island from new collections (c/o Bruggeman, 2024)

Environnement : Marine - Substrat/Association : Hard bottom (rock and rubbles)

Vertical range : Shallow-waters (0-100 m) - Min-Max observed: 3-37 m
