Comment(s) on data
Comment (from J. Poupin, August 2015, while attributing to P. cuspidata a specimen from Karubenthos II which is perhaps co-specific with 'P. arachna' from R/V Polka): On a photograph (J. Poupin, unpublished) the specimen from R/V Polka in Poupin (1994) does not have the spine at proximal end of merus of ambulatory legs (hidden?) which key out to P. cuspidata in Rathbun (1925: 129, key). Therefore this specimen could be P. cuspidata instead, a species recognized off Guadeloupe in Poupin & Corbari (2016).
